School Connectors are Dream Academy staff members trained in reading prescriptions and math improvement strategies and more.

COACHES + MENTORS

School Connectors

School Connectors are Dream Academy activity coaches and mentors who are also responsible for overseeing youth academic and character development outcomes.

School connectors supervise and instruct youth at three (3) stations:

  • the Academic Center,
  • Spark Activities (Club Sports or Music & Performing Arts Activities), and
  • Meal Mentoring.

JAYDEN HOSKINS

School Connector

Born and raised in Dubuque, Jayden Hoskins is a Hempstead High School graduate and a Dream Center alum. [He attended Dream Center programs from 2013-2019.]

Currently attending NICC studying for his business degree, Jayden enjoys football, basketball, and mentoring youth.

He is passionate about seeing youth grow academically and enjoys watching them find their passion for basketball.

He is currently our Grade 3-4 Boys' School Connector and Adult Men's League Coordinator.

JAMARI JACKSON

School Connector

Raised in Dubuque, Jamari played on traveling basketball teams from elementary school through high school. He also played football at Hempstead High School.

Jamari’s goal is to inspire the youth we serve and to show them that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

TIFFANY WILLIAMS

1st-3rd Grade Girls' School Connector

Raised in Atlantic, Iowa, Tiffany Williams graduated from Emmaus Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies/Biblical studies and a minor in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in 2021.

She began playing sports, including basketball, in 5th grade and carried on playing basketball throughout her collegiate years at Emmaus College.

During her college years, Tiffany volunteered at the Dubuque Dream Center (Academics) and was able to experience different coaching opportunities which increased her passion for working with youth and coaching.
